HYDRASWEEP

A new design for new efficiency

This new variation on the Spirogyre range is the heir to Morillon’s experience and expertise in unloading difficult products. The Hydrasweep combines a new design of the Spirogyre sweep auger with the hydraulic motor used by Hydraugyre unloaders. Thanks to the Hydrasweep sweep auger, it is now possible to extract the remaining product that free-flows with gravity but, can build up, such as soya seeds and wood pellets do, when stored in flat bottom silos*

This equipment also achieves high-speed flows, making it suitable for the requirements of port storage facilities.

Principle:

Once the gravity unload has been completed, the augur is activated and finishes the process with a 360° rotation inside the silo. The fully automatic design of the Hydrasweep provides a safe and reliable solution that requires no human intervention.

Hydrasweep range:

  • For silos between 27 and 60 metres in diameter, offering discharge capacities of up to 500 tonnes per hour, depending on the product.
