Electrical Unloading System


This TE1 electromechanical unloading system unloads low-density products that are not naturally free-flowing and which are stored in flat bottom silos.

Principle:


This unloader runs on electromechanical transmissions. An Archimedes screw, driven by an electric motor, sweeps the silo bottom in a 360° rotation to ensure the product is unloaded according to the principle of FIFO (first in, first out).

Advantages:


  • Follows the FIFO strategy
  • Very easy to implement and use

Electrical Unloading System range:

TE1 Unloader and TE2 Unloader:

  • For silos between 2 and 7 metres in diameter, offering discharge capacities of up to 50 cubic metres per hour, depending on the product.

Options:

  • Explosive atmospheres and high temperatures
  • Stainless steel version
