All of Morillon’s systems are manufactured, painted, assembled and inspected at our 4,000 m² factory in Beaupréau-en-Mauges. We have mastered every step in the manufacturing process: machining, welding, sheet metal work and painting.

To guarantee the effectiveness of our equipment, we choose only the most reliable suppliers, 60% of which are located within 30 kilometres of our company to ensure short supply times.

Each machine is assembled and tested at our site before being shipped to the client. We deliver our solutions as quickly as possible, and each shipment of a Morillon system includes an installation and maintenance manual.

Whether shipped by water, air or road, we can deliver anywhere in the world, with documentation specific to the destination in order to ensure the equipment arrives under the best possible conditions.

One of the advantages of our hydraulic systems is their low maintenance cost. The main components are greased for life thanks to an ingenious hydraulic circuit. In addition, the screws rotate without a mechanical transmission, eliminating the need to swap out complex, expensive parts like a chain drive or reducer. Very little wear and tear is caused to the equipment thanks to its slow operating speeds.

Quality controls are performed throughout each project, from the initial client request to after-sales tracking. Controls confirm the completion of each step in the process in order to prevent any errors and immediately correct any deviations.
