Human values and regional roots: Essential building blocks for Morillon

Human resources and the associated values, based internally on sharing, support, solidarity and kindness, and externally on attentiveness to clients and their satisfaction.

Morillon relies on a skilled local staff and actively participates in promoting the region and its economic appeal.

Morillon: A leading brand around the world

Morillon is a family company with a staff of some 50 employees, that exports its products to 80 countries and makes 80% of its turnover abroad.

Around the world, some of the demanding clients have placed their trust in Morillon products.

An organization working in the service of quality and results

Our mastery of the entire industrial process gives Morillon a perfect understanding of all our clients’ needs and enables us to be independent and responsive, and to offer product guarantees.

After-sales service and support

For activation and maintenance, our teams can provide assistance anywhere in the world. We also have a department dedicated to managing orders for spare parts, with an inventory of more than 1,000 products to ensure optimal responsiveness.

The life of one of our systems begins once the machine leaves our factory, and we are there to help throughout its operations. We keep comprehensive after-sales records for each product, so we can review their entire history in just a few clicks. Need some technical information? Some assistance? Some advice? A spare part? Our technical team will respond swiftly, because we know unloading systems are crucial to delivering supplies to factories.

Our technicians are all bilingual and experienced, and are here for you, wherever you may be located.

Production and manufacturing

All of Morillon’s systems are manufactured, painted, assembled and inspected at our 4,000 m² factory in Beaupréau-en-Mauges. We have mastered every step in the manufacturing process: machining, welding, sheet metal work and painting.

To guarantee the effectiveness of our equipment, we choose only the most reliable suppliers, 60% of which are located within 30 kilometres of our company to ensure short supply times.

Shipping and delivery

Each machine is assembled and tested at our site before being shipped to the client. We deliver our solutions as quickly as possible, and each shipment of a Morillon system includes an installation and maintenance manual.

Whether shipped by water, air or road, we can deliver anywhere in the world, with documentation specific to the destination in order to ensure the equipment arrives under the best possible conditions.

Design and engineering

Our teams and our engineers design high-performance solutions that are perfectly tailored to the specific issues of each of our clients.

Analysis of your products

  • Study: density, pressure ratio, friction coefficient and flowing capacity
  • Product behaviour in the silo with the unloading system
  • Standardized calculations
  • Eurocode 1: ENV 1991-4
  • Technologies, methods and tools

Mastery of mechanical, hydraulic and electronic technologies

  • Partnership with CETIM (France’s Technical Centre for Mechanical Industry)
  • Failure mode, effects and criticality analysis (FMECA)
  • 3D CAD
  • Digital simulations
  • Explosive atmospheres regulation (ATEX)

One of the advantages of our hydraulic systems is their low maintenance cost. The main components are greased for life thanks to an ingenious hydraulic circuit. In addition, the screws rotate without a mechanical transmission, eliminating the need to swap out complex, expensive parts like a chain drive or reducer. Very little wear and tear is caused to the equipment thanks to its slow operating speeds.

Quality control

Quality controls are performed throughout each project, from the initial client request to after-sales tracking. Controls confirm the completion of each step in the process in order to prevent any errors and immediately correct any deviations.

Customer satisfaction is our priority!
